6 Station Circuit

Today we performed a 6 Station Resistance Circuit

Terms

Repetition - one complete movement of a single exercise

Set - a group of repetitions performed together without a break

Horizontal Loading - Complete all sets of an exercise before moving on to the next exercise.

Vertical Loading - complete all exercises in a set before moving on to the next exercise.

We used "vertical loading" today in our circuit.
