Day 5 - First Workout and End of Week 1

Today we did our first cardio workout.

We reviewed the 9 exercises in our workout for a warmup.

  1. Press Jacks

  2. Atlas Twist (off the ground and onto the shelf)

  3. March and Reach (tin man zombie) break

  4. Traveling Tire Twist (3 forward)

  5. Frog Squat Reach

  6. Arc Press Lunge break

  7. Hop Overs

  8. Balance Pull

  9. Twist and Pivot

Then we performed our main set: 1 minute per exercise (as many reps as possible)
