Monday's Goals:

review the week ahead
On Tuesday we will login to computers and start working in Adobe Illustrator
Discuss Challenge by Choice
Students always get to choose the level of engagement so that they can perform all activities at a level that is appropriate for them. This should not be confused with an option not to participate at all.
Ice Breaker activities
we played a few games involving foxes, squirrels and trees to get to know each other a little better
Course Info
We talked briefly about the importance of preparing students for a happy and healthy life.
Perform the Perfect Push-Up
students practiced completing perfect push-ups which meant they had to choose the push-up variation that they could do safely and with good form. We discussed how important it is to work at your ability level by progressing or regressing an exercise so it is right for you.
Tuesday's Goals:
Today we logged in to the computers - and as one should expect with computers, if something can go wrong it will. We adapted and most everyone was able to log-in and change their password.
Wednesday's Goals:
Because this Wednesday was a half day, only half of the 6th grade student visited today (the Barrera/Lawrence), and next week the Komatsubara/Luz team will visit.
Thursday's Goals:
Today we discussed the Fitness Guild Challenge as well as how we would be conducting regular assessments of our physical fitness so we can monitor our growth.
Friday's Goals:
Today we returned to computers and logged into our Gmail accounts and Google Classroom for the first time. With our remaining time we started to explore how to use adobe illustrator to create graphics.
