Tues - 10 Min. Level 10 Actions Group Brainstorm


We started with a short plyometric workout an then moved in to Action Planning.

Action Planning

Good goals are SMART:

  1. Specific

  2. measurable

  3. actionable

  4. realistic

  5. time-bound

We took time together to brainstorm a list of good goals for each of the main categories, so that way if anyone needed support in finding a goal they would have a resource to turn to.
