1. TRX - Chest Press and High Back Row
2. Dumbell - Biceps Curl and Triceps Extension
3. Plyobox - Multi-planar Step Up and/or Jump Up
4. Slack Line
5. Medicine Ball - Slam and Squat to Overhead Press
6. Hanging Straps - Pull Up/Eccentric Only/Flexed Arm Hang/Hang/Swing
7. Hula Hoop
