Friday - Dynamic Stretching Session

Today we focused on increasing mobility though a dynamic stretching session. Dynamic stretching uses controlled movements to loosen up muscles, improve range of motion and increase blood flow. Whereas, static stretching (the type of stretching we typically imagine, where one holds a stretch position while counting to 20) is useful for lengthening muscles especially after exercise as part of a cool down routine.
