Tuesday & Thursday - Let's Get Binding

The students' journal covers, designed in Adobe Illustrator, have been laser cut!

Today we will begin binding our journals together.

Our focus in this activity is to:

• develop our ability to follow instructions (from a youtube video)

• manage equipment and supplies in an organized way

• focus on detailed tasks which require patience and perserverance

• work toward high levels of craftsmanship and pride in our work

We will organize our embroidery floss by coiling each skien onto a spool.

We used the following video to guide us in binding our journals.
